Lake Erie 10 & U Zone Qualifier Options

The Zone Committee is excited to offer our U10 Participants the option to experience Zones in one of three ways:
Option #1 – Travel, Eat and Lodge with Parents $75.00*U10 Participants will travel, eat and lodge with their parents. These participants will travel, eat and lodge with their parents for the entire meet. It is the parents’ responsibility to get swimmer to any optional team activities and the U10 Meet Session(s) on their own.
Option #2 – Travel ONLY with Team $150.00* U10 Participants will travel ONLY with the team. This option allows U10 Participants to travel on the bus with the team to Pleasant Prairie WI. They will depart early Wednesday August 2^nd from South Park Mall Macys Parking Lot in Strongsville. These participants will be under chaperone supervision during the bus ride to WI, during photos, team warm ups and during the team dinner on Wednesday evening at the team hotel where they will then be RELEASED to their parents after the team dinner for the remainder of the meet. Meals, Lodging and transportation to/from the meet will be the responsibility of the parents. These participants will also then have the option of riding the bus home from WI at the conclusion of the meet with the team.

Option #3 – FULL ZONE Team Experience $495.00*U10 Participants will receive the full zone team experience. (Same as 11-14 participants). They will travel, eat and lodge with the team under chaperone supervision. Participants will be provided transportation to/from WI and to/from meet each day. They will also be provided all meals and will room with another U10 Participant in team hotel. (2-3 per room depending on total numbers.) Keep in mind that U10 participants only compete 3 of the 4 days of the meet. They are also on a different timeline than the older swimmers. Therefore, they will be assigned a designated U10 Chaperone and on the off days/times participants will be involved in U10 team activities and watch older swimmers at finals. Bus will travel back to Strongsville after Finals on Sunday night. Expected ETA is 4:00 AM on Monday August 7^th.*The following are INCLUDED IN ALL OPTIONS: Each Participant will receive 3 T-shirts, 3 caps and 1 pair of shorts. Each participant will also be invited to join the team on Wednesday at 6PM for a team dinner at the team hotel. Each participant is invited to join the team for team photo and warm up on Wednesday. Snacks and Meet Entry fees are also included with ALL OPTIONS.

Registration DEADLINE for new qualifiers is July 23^rd at 9:00 PM

Swimmers must achieve a AAA time standard between August 4, 2016 and August 2, 2017 to qualify.

Must be 14 or Younger on August 2, 2017.
